Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or services. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or working with Everything Turf Pros (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms.
Services
Everything Turf Pros provides artificial turf installation, landscaping, hardscaping, putting greens, pavers, and related outdoor improvement services in Las Vegas, Nevada and Phoenix, Arizona.
Estimates & Quotes
All quotes are estimates only based on initial project details.
Final pricing may change due to:
- Site conditions discovered during preparation
- Material availability or cost changes
- Design modifications requested by the customer
- Unforeseen circumstances
We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
Payments
Nevada Projects
A deposit of 10% of the total project cost or $1,000 (whichever is less) is required upon approval of the quote to secure scheduling Up to 50% of the project total may be due on the project start date The remaining balance is due upon project completion
Arizona Projects
50% payment is due upfront Remaining 50% is due upon completion
General Payment Terms Payment structures may vary depending on project scope, materials, and applicable state regulations All payments must follow agreed terms unless otherwise approved in writing Failure to make payments as outlined may result in delays, suspension of work, or project cancellation.
Project Timeline & Delays
Project timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Material availability
- Site accessibility
- Unforeseen project conditions
Everything Turf Pros is not liable for delays outside of our control.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide clear and safe access to the work area
- Disclose any known site conditions (sprinklers, underground lines, drainage issues, etc.)
- Remove personal property from the work area
Delays caused by customer conditions may impact scheduling and cost.
The customer is responsible for verifying and obtaining any required HOA approvals prior to project start.
Everything Turf Pros is not responsible for contacting or notifying HOA organizations, but we may assist upon request.
Changes to Scope (Change Orders)
Any changes requested after work begins may:
- Result in additional costs
- Extend project timelines
All changes must be approved before additional work is performed.
Warranty
Everything Turf Pros provides a limited warranty on materials and workmanship, subject to the terms below.
Coverage:
Material Warranty: Up to 15 years (manufacturer-backed, where applicable)
Labor Warranty: Up to 2 years from the date of installation
Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and may be subject to their specific terms and conditions. Everything Turf Pros does not manufacture materials and is not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond applicable warranty support.
What Is Covered:
Installation defects directly caused by workmanship
Structural integrity of installed turf, pavers, or related features under normal use
What Is Not Covered:
- This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:
Improper use, abuse, or neglect - Pet damage, digging, chewing, or excessive wear
- Burns, melting, or damage from heat sources including grills, fire pits, glass reflection, or chemicals
- Acts of nature including extreme weather, flooding, or ground movement
- Drainage issues not originally identified or caused by existing site conditions
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by third parties
- Normal wear and tear including fading, matting, or infill displacement over time
Maintenance Requirement
Proper maintenance is required to keep the warranty valid. Failure to maintain the installation may void warranty coverage.
Right to Cure
Customer agrees to provide Everything Turf Pros with the opportunity to inspect and repair any claimed defects before seeking repairs from third parties or pursuing any claims.
Failure to provide an opportunity to cure may void this warranty.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@everythingturfpros.com
Include photos and a description of the issue
Be made within the applicable warranty period
Limitations
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the affected area at our discretion
No refunds will be issued under warranty claims
Limitation of Liability
Everything Turf Pros is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing property issues
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Issues resulting from undisclosed site conditions
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@everythingturfpros.com
- Customers may cancel within 3 days of accepting an in-home estimate with no penalty
- Deposits may become non-refundable once materials are ordered or scheduling is confirmed
Media & Content Release
By working with Everything Turf Pros, you grant permission for us to:
- Photograph and film project work
- Use images and videos for marketing, advertising, and social media
If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing before the project begins.
Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
SMS Messaging Terms
By opting into SMS communications from us, you agree to receive text messages related to:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service updates and notifications
- Customer support communications
- Promotional offers (if opted in)
